We work closely with C-level executives and end users to capture the intricate requirements for the system. Our approach has transformed the current Infant Formula Tracking system into a modernized application to track the packaging, processing, ingredients and quantitative formula for infant formulas manufactured across the world.
Orca Intelligence supported the Search and Discovery scrum teams, this included the Extract, Transform, and Load, Infrastructure and Search & Browse team. For this big data project, we provided Agile Project Management services and technical documentation support. Our sprint planning and release planning techniques organized the teams' backlog and workload.
